Is your Energy Bridge connected to your electric meter?
With the Energy Bridge powered on and connected to the Internet, it should automatically connect to your smart meter. If it doesn't, ensure the Energy Bridge is:
- Within 25 feet of your smart meter (the closer, the better).
- Is not placed too close to, nor on top of your Wi-Fi router.
- Still not connected? Leave it plugged in and it will try to automatically connect to your meter.
Note: Please do not select Remove Identity or Factory Reset.
